This window widget should have the [b:1ynyam1c]following characteristics[/b:1ynyam1c]:
- it should stay still where I put it - it shouldn’t move when you scroll down the page ([url=http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex8/dhtmlwindow/index.htm:1ynyam1c]here is a good example[/url:1ynyam1c])
- website visitors shouldn't be able to move it
- it shouldn't have visible boarders and X button, just background color
